Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your parcel.
We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few working days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to reflect.
