Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
If 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please note:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
Any item returned after 10 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to reflect.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Before sending your parcel, please contact our customer support team to confirm the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please contact our customer support team first to confirm the correct return address.
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged or replacement items may vary.
For items valued over Rs. 2,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as PehnaTextile.com cannot guarantee the receipt of returned parcels.
